How to avoid RFE for L1A Individual Visa ?

Hello Experts,
I understand RFE does not necessarily mean that any application will be denied, it will always result in additional delays which I totally wanted to avoid.
Please help understand the most common mistakes to be avoided and any additional documentation (apart from the one generically suggested by the attorney) to be provided during the L1A Individual Visa application submission.

There is no formula or method to avoid it, you can provide hell lot of documents to prove that you are eligible for this visa, but VO can still think of something extra & raise RFE for that.

Attorney is the best person, as he is dealing with thousands of such cases & have been tracking USCIS behavior for quite sometime. So do as your attorney is saying.

To avoid delays, you can apply under premium processing & you'll get response within 15 days.
