My 5 years L1 visa will be completed on July 15, and I am waiting for EAD / AP , attorney told me to stop working and be in Leave until EAD received,
my question, my wife (L2) EAD will expire on Nov 30 on her EAD card, could she continue working until Nov 30 or she MUST stop working too on July 15?

Which L1 do you have? L1A or L1B?

If L1A, you can work for max 7 years, in that case your company need to file for another extension for you to be able to continue working. Without EAD in hand or an pending/approved L1 you cannot work.

Since your wife has valid L2 EAD, she can continue to work till Nov 30.

I am on L1-B (5 years Maximum) and Pending I-140 and I-485 no EAD or Advanced Parole (AP) received yet .

My wife EAD issued until Nov 30 (the last I-94 date ) Can she still work until Nov 30 or stop working as me.?
