Applying for fresh L1-A, need guidance on L2 dependent visa

Hello,

I am processing my fresh L-1A and about to schedule interview for visa & stamping. I live with my wife, kid(minor) & mother(67 age).
As per company policy, I am supposed to take appointment for my wife & kid along with me.

I need an advice, by any way(medical condition or something else..) I can include my mother as dependent with my wife & kid for L2??

Hi,
Under L2 visa, parents are not eligible to apply.. You will need to bring her with the help of B visa.

Parent are not considered dependent & eligible for L2.
