L1 validity after company change

My name is manoj. I was working in TCS till may 2010. I had got L1B visa in month of march ,2010 and even the petition was filed. But I did not use it for any US travel. I resigned from company in may 2010.
Now If I join tcs back in month of october 2010, will I be able to use the same VISA to go to US. What are the obligations and rules I will have to comply with.
PLease suggest me the solutions . I want to join tcs and want to go to onsite.

You can use the same Visa if it has not expired. But Visa must be accompanied by a valid petition. Your TCS HR and attorneys will determine if they need to file the petition again and advise accordingly. They are a big company and know all the intricasies involved.
