L2 Dependent - initial I-94 duration of stay?

My spouse L1 visa expires on Apr 2011 and her I-94 expires on 2013. My L2 visa expires on Apr 2011.

I am planning to travel on Jan 2011 in L2 visa, At Port of Entry, what would be the maximum period of stay will I get in my I-94?

Any chances to get atleast of 1 year duration?

You will need to show a copy of her I-94 and petition approval notice. Most probably your I-94 will be given according to her I-94.
