Resign from L1A

Indian citizen, currently in US in L1A. Petition approved but Visa not stamped.
Now i want to resign from my company and go to Canada on canada work permit. Will there be any immigration issues in future if i go directly from US to Canada

No. When you would plan to go to USA from Canada, you would have to apply for B1/B2 and USCIS might ask you about any prior visa applications, then you just need to mention it. But basically, no impact with this.
