RFE on I-140 after invoking AC-21

I received an RFE on my i-140 after six months of application and invoking AC-21.

My previous employer is refusing to respond and in fact saying that they will withdraw the application.

What can I do? Thanks

Hi,
Unfortunately you can not do anything. I-140 petition is Employer petition and they have a rights to respond RFE or not. You can just request again.
