Question on I-539 for L2 extension

I am filing I-539 form for my wife for L2 extension and there is a question "Has any Immigrant Visa petition ever been filed by you or on your behalf" We need to answer yes or no? For her I-485 is submitted but it is not yet approved.
What should be the answer?

You should answer "Yes". But why do you need her L2 extension, if you already filed for her 485? She can stay in USA with pending 485 status.

If she is the principal beneficiary of an I-130 or I-140, then the answer would be Yes. If she is a derivative beneficiary, I am not sure, and I think it might be No, but it doesn't hurt to say Yes and explain.
