If you have any experience or knowledge on my question please respond since I desperately need your comments.
I am L2 and my husband is on L1.
I have a visa stamp until 2014, but my husband's visa stamp is under administrative process that takes very long time. But he has a valid visa until 2012.
The person who was in charge of taking care of my two cats will give up in a week. Therefore I need to go to USA probably before my husband.
Can I travel back to USA, without him and when he is not in the US?
