Working from USA but on India payroll
Hi All,
My L1A Blanket visa process has been initiated by my company. However, wrt salary, the proposition is that I will continue on my India payroll salary and will be paid additional allowances in USD to cover all expenses (Housing, vehicle, school fees, Cost of living allowance,etc.)
My query is that will this sort of an arrangement impact my L1A visa approval? Is there anyone else who has/had a similar arrangement wrt compensation and got their visa approved?
