  • Premium Processing Turnaround Time

    Hello Everyone Greetings,

Under premium processing does USCIS reply only after 15 days or they do reply earlier as well.

Did any one have got the result within 7-10 days?

    Thanks & best regards,

    Rajveer.

Just did a premium L1. Response under 10 calendar days (RFE), then another ~10 calendar days for approval once they received our RFE response.

quick question sean2000 - you had paid PP fees twice? or only once? I think USICS treats each request like fresh filing or RFE process both differently thus we need to pay twice? can you confirm?

No, you'll only pay once even if they issue an RFE.

yup just once. You basically pay PP to get your case adjudicated in 15 days as well as any additional actions from USCIS. That will result in a decision, and if that decision is an RFE, they also treat your response with the same premium timelines at no additional cost.

seanm2000 had you also applied for L2 extension with your L1 application? We've applied for L1 (premium processing), L2 and EAD. Thank you.

              Hi,
In my knowledge and experience, people are getting adjudication on the petition under premium within one week also. One of the guy H1B petition got RFE very next day of premium conversion. Normally, Premium processing duration is maximum 15 days. within 15 days, you will get the status on petition.
And Premium option will be available for only L1 petition not for L2.
              Thanks

Yup, I had a previous case which was exactly this. PP is turning around super quick these days based on my limited experience.

I just hope receipts come quickly. Coming up on 2 weeks now since the approval. I'm hoping when the status says they've "sent an approval notice", that means the same as "we placed your approval notice in the mail".

You can wait for another one or two days. Sometimes, If they issue RFE status is not changing in online case status portal, but you will be receiving over mail. I hope, you will get the status soon.
                        Thanks

                            Hi,
USCIS guarantee processing within 15 calendar days to those who choose to use this service, or they will refund the premium processing service fee and will continue with expedited processing.
                            Thanks
