L1-A extension. Regarding subordinates

I am working on L1-A extension. I have a situation my subordinate reporting to me has salary higher than me.

Please let me know if this is ok for extension.

Hi,
As long as you maintain your LCA wage, I hope it should not be a problem. But, when your Employer prepares PAF they will take care of wage they are paying to particular location for particular title and code. Again, it is Employer portion not employees concern.

If employer oversees the salary details and if this will be sent as RFE response. will there be any issue.

Its fine, in IT field, lot of technical folks are paid much more than their managers.
