L1 Visa Help

Hi My L1B Indivdual was filed on April 15th 2010 by my company in USA, But still the USICS website shows as initial review, When can i expect the Decision. Because when check the dates for the processing service center, it says 1 month.

Usually 2-3 months. If it is more than 90 days, then your company attorney can take an info pass appointment to discuss the case with USCIS.
