How long to get Approval Notice?

Any recent experiences about how long it takes to get L1 i797 approval notices? Premium Processing if it matters.

California Service Center, approved July 26. Mailing address in Canada.

Usually it comes within 7-10 days within USA. Not sure about Canada.

Historically, USCIS issues Receipt Notices and Approval Notices within 2 to 3 weeks.Indigo Card

My L1A petition was approved on 9th Jul and I am still waiting for I797 approval notice. I am in India.
