Recently I applied for a J1 visa in order to go to 18 months Traineeship. At my appointment they said everything is fine, but they cannot issue visa right now due to Presidential Proclamation (I am in the Schengen Area). OK, I am waiting.
Currently I am working for a big corporation with offices in the US - what if there will rise opportunity to go there on a L1B visa? Will be there problems obtaining this kind of visa because I am in a process for J1? Is this fact saved in one common system?
I know problem would be in other way (J1 after applying for L1, which will point my immigration intend), but L1 seems to be better even though I wanted to gain new skills with other company on J1...
