L2 query: Occupation for spouse who is on leave

Hi,
I am applying L2 visa for my wife who is currently working on a long leave from her office (was working as software engineer) . In the "Present Work/Education/Training Information" section, what should i choose?

If she is current working and has no intention to resign before the date of the visa interview, then the information about her current job.
