Emergency appointment got denied.

Hello experts,
Recently my L1A visa got approved and I have applied for National Interest Exception Emergency appointment which got denied for reasons unknown. I work for healthcare client and provided sufficient documents to support my emergency appointment request.

Please respond below.
1) What are my next options ? I have an urgent requirement from the client, can I reapply for Emergency appointment again or can I counter the denial ?
2) Will it help, if I can get NIE supporting evidences directly from the client ?
3) Any idea about the tentative date for travel ban lift ?
4) Can I showcase similar NIE documents during the visa interview ? If yes, what are the chances to get visa stamped with NIE ?

You can apply for EA again with different supporting documents.

Certainly, the more documentation proving your presence required in USA, the more chances of approval.

3) Any idea about the tentative date for travel ban lift ?

USA is reviewing the situation every month end to decide what should they do for the following month. So we cannot say when it will be over.

4) Can I showcase similar NIE documents during the visa interview ? If yes, what are the chances to get visa stamped with NIE ?

I guess you do not need to apply for NIE before your visa interview. NIE will be processed along with your visa (a annotation will be added into your visa itself).

I have uploaded the following letters from Employer "Employment Verification Letter" and "Emergency Appointment Request Letter" alongside Brief Explanation of Emergency as below, Please suggest if their is any definite documentation required from the client to be provided alongside any specific format of "Brief Explanation of Emergency" for a successful approval.

seems L1A are not critical as of now, they probably need to send all students to US first and then they will consider any other visa..
