Recommended list of documents to be provided for Emergency Appointment.

Can I get some advice regarding some critical points (revenue boost, etc.,) to be mentioned while requesting for an Emergency Appointment for a L1A Petition approved personnel. Context : I was working for the same client starting from 2017 till 2019 at onsite and continue doing the same from offshore, till date. Having said that, how to explain the sudden surge in need to go for an emergency appointment ?
In addition, appreciate if you can suggest regarding the list of recommended documents to be provided as supporting evidences ? In my case, it is not possible to obtain a client letter. I have provided Emergency request and Employee verification letters from my Employer but my initial Emergency Appointment request got denied.
