L1 /L2 and Divorce
Hello,
I had marriage in 2018 and got my wife on L2 which was valid for 2 years and now it has been expired.
I am still continuing on L1 and it valid till next year. I have also filed Taxes with wife's details. Note that my wife was not working in US.
Now I got divorce and in process of getting remarried.
so can anyone know what are step/procedure need to be taken to get my 2nd wife to US on L2 again ? and how to update IRS about first marriage divorce?
any guidance would greatly be appreciated.
