L1 to GREEN CARD

I came to USA in 2018 on L1 visa. I want to know if I can apply for Green card in future. My company will not sponsor me. So what is the way forward for me. thanks

Hi,
You can apply for green card through sponsor.. It is not compulsory that your current Employer has to sponsor green card. Any Employer who has a Job offer can sponsor green card as it will be future employment.

if you enter on L1 on company A, can you move to Company B with L1?

Hi,
No. You can not.. The visa that you got only for specific company. So you can not transfer L1 to another company while you are in the USA. If you need to transfer then you will need H1B status
