Travel to USA with valid L1 visa which expires soon in 3 months

Hi everyone,

I am on L1-B and I came to India due to some personal reasons.
I have valid L1-B visa in my passport which expires on 31st Dec 2010.
Can I travel back to USA with my existing L1-B visa which is expiring soon in 3 months ?
Will there be any problem at port of entry ?

No issues. You can enter U.S as long as the visa/petition are valid and you still have the job.
