Approved L1B petition, L1A RFE response in process and H1B lottery - NEED ADVICE

Hello All,
I have a approved L1B petition with validity of 8 months only and is going to expire in Jan 2022, that's why my company filed for L1A via premium processing route and recently received an RFE. Also I got picked in second H1B lottery happened in July 2021.
For my H1B application, should I show my specialization as per L1B petition or my Management expertise as per L1A application - Just worried if different job description in these application will cause any issues? Not sure if USCIS do a compare between different application form from same individual or not??
I work as a Technical Manager for a Mid size IT firm.

Hi,
It depend upon Employer job offer. It is not compulsory that your L1 and H Job duties should be matched. Just go with the Job offer you got from H1B sponsor Employer.
