L1B Visa Query
Hi,
I have been working in an organization for the past 7.5 years, now I got an opportunity to work with another entity of our company's global group. But, I have to resign in my current organization and join the new one as we seem to be different entities in India but joined by the same Group woldwide. Do you think my 7.5 years of experience will be considered while applying the L1B visa? or I should have 1 year experience in this new entity?
Also, I know that our company has an approval for L1B Blanket visas.
Please please please help me!!
