UI Designer and L1B USA

HI all,

i would like to know is any UI Designer or UX Designer applied for L1B or L1A.

is it good to show company design system as as Proprietary framework ?

L1B is for specialized knowledge. If you can prove that the knowledge you have is not easily available in USA - L1B is for you. Merely understanding UI or UX does not qualify you for L1B. Proprietary framework is a good example for specialized knowledge.

L1A is for International manager/executive.
