L2 based EAD

I applied for L2 based EAD with the below mentioned documents by mail.

1. I765- filled one,
2. Fee
3. My I94
4. Approval Notice of L2
5. Marriage Certificate.

I haven't got the receipt # yet, after sending the docs I heard that I have to send both(husband and myself) of our passport and visa copies. In this case, do I need wait till USCIS ask for it or should I send it once I get the receipt #?

Since EAD in process, If I file H1 will it affect the EAD process?

Please advice me on this. Thanks in advance.

Since EAD in process, If I file H1 will it affect the EAD process?
>>> No. If H1B is filed as a COS from L2, then upon approval of H1B, you can no longer work in EAD.
