I got my L1B blanket petition approved from my previous employer and because of my personal situtation I was unable to appear for PA interview.
Will it impact if I again apply for fresh L1B petition from my current company?

---- You can always appear for the L1 interview whenever you want to and depending on the employer wehn they file the L1B petition again. It does not impact any previous appearances and there is no binding if you appeared or not
