Travel for visiting -L1

Is it allowed to travel US for visiting (personal reason) if someone has valid stamped L1 visa and exempted from Travel ban?

Of course NO. If you dont have Job offer associating with petition, It is very critical to travel. At the time of CBP verification, they will check about your purpose of entry, if you answer with false info, it will make some critical issues.
