My L2 visa extension (I-539) is approved. Can I apply for EAD I-765 ?

My L2 visa extension (I-539) is approved but yet to receive the physical notice from USCIS in the mail.

I did not apply both the forms concurrently due to some personal reason and now I want to apply for EAD I-765 seperately. Can I apply now without a stamped visa and coof approved I-539 and I-129 documents?

Hi,
Yes. You can file I-765 separately. Hope you are in the USA. If so, you can move forward and file the petition separately.
Please note, form I-765 case processing time is anywhere between 3 to 8 months. But, it may vary depend on service center.

I just filed for EAD today with I-797A with attached i-94 for L1 and L2 along with other documents. Thanks for your replies.
