Hi, My L2 EAD is expiring on Jan 2022 and same day visa too getting expired. My spouse's company already filled our L1 and L2 extension with USCIS. Can i apply for L2 EAD renewal with receipt notice number ? Will the USCIS wait until my visa gets approved to process my EAD or they process it immediately?

Answer: Yes. You can file L2 EAD with the help of L2 receipt number or you can file both the petitions together.
Will the USCIS wait until my visa gets approved to process my EAD or they process it immediately?
Answer: First they will process base petition then they will process L2 EAD.
