"If going after spouse has left to USA: Why did you not leave with your spouse or why are you coming today for visa when you got married on so and so date?"

What could be the best answer for the above question.

I don't think there will be any such question. Even so, you would the best person to answer this question. I am not sure how you expect the forum members to know why you didn't travel earlier. Clearing the visa interview basically requires carrying all the required documents and how you carry yourself in the interview. Answer the question to the facts and I am sure you will clear it without any issues.
