L1B->L1A->Green Card.

Hello,
I have reached 5 yrs limit on L1B here in USA so my employer applied for
L1A and it got approved last month. my questionss are:

1. Am I eligible to apply green card on EB1 category?
2. do i need to wait 6 months to apply green card as i got my L1A last month?

---- Yes you are eligible to apply for a green card provided you meet all the job requiremenrs ans meet teh scrutiny by USCIS as interpreted by any of their reviewers

2. do i need to wait 6 months to apply green card as i got my L1A last month?

---- There is no need to wait ro any period of time. It all depends on the employer as to ehn they want to start applying for the Lc, starting from advertisements and completingall other formalities

---- It does not matter on what visa you have come to the US. All that matters is that your current stay in the US is legal and valid

---- The USCIS will review your application for the category of green card that you intend applying for and that may include a site visit by the USCIS reviewer and other type of questioning as they find relevant

---- You and your employer will have to respond to them in an approriate manner so as to enable them to justify your appplication and grant of a green card in that category. That will be the scrutiny
