Question regarding Green card i am on L1 , husband on H1

Hi
i am on L1 B and my husband is on H1 in USA. My husband’s company is going to file green card . My questions are-
1.Can my name be added in his green card processing?
2.if my status changes to H1 , will I be still valid in his green card processing?
3. If my H1 period ends and my husband already has I140 approved, then how it ll impact me regarding cooling period ?

3. You are good as long as you are not "out of status". You may have switched visas but you should not have overstayed any visa until i-485 filing and you should not have worked without authorization until i-485 adjudication.(see INA 245(k) for exception). Once i-485 is filed you can stay without a visa but you will need either a work visa (L1,H1, etc.) or GC EAD (i765 c9) to be able to work.
