L1 Visa from UK

Hey,

I am a UK national citizen and am hopefully moving internally to the US. My company will sponsor me for an L1B visa. Un appvalley der the current travel ban, I can see the UK is on it except for many exc tweakbox eptions - citizens, perm residents, non-citizen nationa tutuapp ls etc. I am checking online and cannot find a definitive answer as to how the L1 visa fits under any of these. My question is, if i get approved for my L1 visa, am I allowed in, or am I still falling out of all these exceptions?

Hi I applied for L1B from UK as well and my company provided to me a NIE document to show to consular during visa interview. I am not sure if NIE and VISA are dependent or you can have your VISA approved but not allowed to travel, because of missing NIE, until ban is lifted. Maybe a lawyer can give us more instruction.
