L2 Visa extension - Petition withdraw

Hi,

My company has withdrawn my L1A extn petition when we got an RFE, since I recently got my GC.
Our organization doesn't support L2 extn petition and we need to file on our own.

Now my spouse L2 extn got RFE and I am planning to request for a withdraw the extension since spouse also got GC.

Appreciate if anyone can guide on the next steps, as per my research we need to send a letter to USCIS to with draw the petition.
If anyone can suggest the template/format it would be of great help.

Hi,
Yes. You will need to surely withdraw L2 petition as base petition of L1 is no more in current..
Regarding template, there is no standard template. You can write it in white paper and include the reason then send to concern service center. Please dont forget to include receipt notice as well.
