Can I get new L1B from a new employer (already had 1 from previous employer)

Hi,
I had a unused L1B visa from my previous company.
I quit the company and joined a new firm a 3 months back.

Is it possible for the new employer to file another new L1B for me or is there any waiting time like 1 year with the current firm before being eligible to apply for a L1B

You should have worked for the new employer for at least 1 year to be eligible for L1. Check this.
