Blanket L1 rejected. Chances of approval for l1 individual

I have been in the same company for around 3.6 years with same client.

my company had applied l1 blanket petition and it got rejected (221g)"petition not clearly approvable..".
This happened in August last week.

My company is planning to appear for an l1 individual again. i am really confused on the chances of
1) petition being approved
2) successful stamping at same consulate after roughly 3-4 months.

Request you to kindly share your valuable inputs. how best can the reason for earlier rejection been presented?

Hi,

My L1 Blanket case is also rejected in October 2010..

Then My company filed L1 Individual petition in December 2010 and I appeared for the VISA interview in last week of December 2010.

Then Its got approved and I got my VISA... I am moving to US on Jan 26th...

Hope for the best 99% your individual will become success....
