L1 Blanket visa appointment in chennai

Hi all,

Form DS-160 and visa fee paid done yesterday. I have bellow doubts.

I reading here that no appointments till March 2022.

1.should I wait 24 hours to try appointed?
2. What if I get appointment date after my proposed employment date ?
3.what if I don't get appointment with in six months of blanket petition ?

Hi Member,
Here is my response.
1.should I wait 24 hours to try appointed?
Answer: If you make payment through NEFT or RTGS then after 5 or 6 hours, the payment receipt will be adjusted in your account. From there, you can start scheduling appointments.
2. What if I get appointment date after my proposed employment date ?
Answer: You will need to discuss with your Employer to postpone the Employment and when you get the appointment dates, as per that, you will need to carry the documents with current dated documents.
3.what if I don't get appointment with in six months of blanket petition ?
Answer: As I mentioned above, You will need to discuss with Employer and they need to help you to have the opening for you in future too.
