I am applying for L1 B Individual through my company but the VISA Help desk is not very efficient so I am forced to do the documentation myself. I have the following questions :
1) My company doesnot have a lot of proprietary tools and trainings - I just have one tool on which I was trained. However I was trained on thrid party tools. Can I mention them in my trainings ?
2) The attorney asked me for an offical statement discussing the type of training required for an L1 B position- does any one have a format for this letter ?
3) I will be working with a Client of my company - can I mention Client specific trainings in my documentation ?
4) I read that one person was deported because he was reporting to the work location of a Client and not his parent company - on an L1 B Individual - am I not allowed to work for a Client ?
I would be extremely grateful if all these questions are answered asap .
