Hi All, Greetings.
I have a L1B visa valid till this November(2010), but I have my I-94 till next November(2011).
My Question is : When I am applying for L1B extension and in case if my extension was rejected, will my I-94 (Valid till November-2011) be valid after that also?

If your I-94 is valid for another 1 year, then why do you want to file the extension now? You need to file the extension only 6 months prior to the I-94 expiry date.

Since I have some personal commitments, I want to go for a vacation and I need to come back to US. Hope with out an extension I can’t come back.

You are confusing things. Explain more clearly.
