    L2 EAD extension - new rule

    L1 - I94 expired and extension applied. AOS in progress
    L2 - I94 valid. Applied for l2 and EAD extension in progress and EAD expired 60 days back.

    Currently not working. Based of the new rule will I be able to work ?

      It's tricky, because if your spouse is not currently in L1 status, then you might not be considered to be in L2 status.
      This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
