India Travel when L1 Approved and L2 Pending with USCIS

Hello All,
I need your guidance on my situation. I have got my L1 visa approved recently and my spouse and child's L2 extension is still pending. I need to travel urgent basis, I want to know,

1) Can my dependents travel to India while their cases are pending.
2) Can they complete their visa stamping along with me in dropbox.
3) What are the consequence.

Please help with some details.

Hi Member,
Here is my response.
1) Can my dependents travel to India while their cases are pending.
Answer: Yes they can travel. But the pending petition will impact, if you travel.
2) Can they complete their visa stamping along with me in dropbox.
Answer: Yes they can obtain L2 visa at consulate/ embassy instead of waiting for petition approval. Please make sure to withdraw L2 petition once you get L2 visa at consulate/ embassy.
3) What are the consequence.
Answer: There will not a problem at all if you prefer for obtaining visa at consulate/ embassy. Only consequences I could see is, whether you can get visa stamping slots quickly.
