L1/ L2 blanket visa stamping in Canada

Good morning. Has anyone recently booked L1/L2 stamping appointments in Canada? On US visa wait time estimates website- for Ottawa it says 21 days however when we go to actually pay and book appointment, it gives estimate for January 5, 2023. I am a Canadian PR and currently on B2 visa in US that was also stamped in Canada 3 years ago.

Can we consider Mexico or Dominican as option? And how many days does it take for passport to be ready for pick up after interview?

Answer: If the these countries are accepting third country nationals visa application then you can move forward.. I doubt, If Mexico will accept third country visa applications for now...
Regarding Passport issuance, Once you get confirmation from officer stating that your visa is approved, I hope within a week you can come to know about passport delivery.

I have not booked yet. But on payment page- it says vancouver for december 2022, Calary and Ottawa for January 2023.
