Can I have both L1 and L2 status?

Can someone give clarity on the following:
Can I both hold a L1 and L2 status at the same time? Or if I go for L1, they will cancel my L2?

Answer: Per my knowledge, You can hold only one Non-immigrant status when you are in the USA. If you want to do a change of status, you will need to file change of status petition or you will need to reenter to USA with updated I-94.
