Staying in US on the basis of GC file

I am here in L1B visa, my employer is going to apply extension & on the prallel path GC for me .
Can I stay in US after my 2 yrs extension peroid over on the basis on GC filed (Adjustment on the basis of GC appy I-485) ?

Not unless you get the EAD or the GC approved. Getting either of these in 2 years will need a miracle. Check the priority dates to apply I-485 under EB2 and EB3 category.
