I have my L1 visa renewal interview scheduled in delhi, i have a US born child. Do i have to take him to the consulate during the interview?

I think not required.. Since the new born baby does not require visa( As baby is US Citizen), the baby dont require to present for Interview.

its NOT required to take US citizen - but can they take it to consultate? if there is a situation that kid has to be with parents? not sure if they allow unless we have appointment called out there names?

What my understanding is, while going for stamping Interview, you will need to take your kids as no one will take care during that time? If this is the case, Of course. Visa applicant can take the kids when they go for stamping Interview. And it will not be a problem.
