L1 A stamping

Hi,

I am on L1 A visa. I had my first stamping in 2018. During that time, I had my visa stamped till 2023 and my PED was 2021.

I have got my second renewal in 2021 and have got new I-797.

Please let me know if I need stamping in my passport when I travel out of country now, as my visa expiration date is already 2023 in passport.

You do not require visa stamping as same class visa is still valid till 2023 and you can enter US port of entry using this visa

Thanks Sanyadav. This means, I can travel out of country, do not need to get stamping done and can come back to US. I can show I-797 and US port of entry.

Yes, you will have new I-94 date based upon latest petition expiry date once you enter US next time. Visa is only meant for US entry , PED and I-94 is used for work authorization in USA
