L1 blanket and L1 individual

Hi,
My L1 blanket visa has been rejected recently.the office gave me the blue sheet with the below information checked
"Your blanket L-1 is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2(I) (ii) (D) and INA 101(a)15(L)".After rejecting my pettion VO said,i can't approve your visa under this pettition ask your employer to file L1 individal/H1 b.

Now my employer is planning to process L1 individal for me.My question here is,

1.Since my L1 Blanket refused, will it have any impact on L1 individual approval?
2.What is the chance of getting L1 individual approved for me

I am just worried of it.Please share your opinions that will help me a lot.

>>> People who have got their L1 blanket rejected have successfully got their L1 individual or H1B stamped later. As long as the reason for the rejection is not you (Forge certificates, prior arrest, intention for immigration etc), you don't have to worry.

2.What is the chance of getting L1 individual approved for me
>>> Similar to any one else who applies for a visa. Carry the required documents and hopefully thing would workout the next time.
