Date difference in Immigration Stamp and i94

Hi All,

I see there is a 1 day difference in Immigration Stamp and i94. Immigration stamp is showing 13 Jan and i94 showing 12 Jan.

Is that okay or I will have to get it rectify. My entry was 3 years back.

Also, which one I should use when asked date of entry?
