Query regarding L1B Visa

I would like to apply for L1 B visa from current employer. But before that, there was L1B visa rejection for me from previous employer on 19 April 2007.Visa refused under category of "Failed to prove clearly as a specialized qualified profssional" and gave me "Blue sheet".And have blue form which has got ticked "Your blanket L-1 is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2(I) (ii) (D) and INA 101(a)15(L)" in that blue sheet"

So, would like to know, visa rejection from previous employer in 2007, will affect/obstacle in current L1B visa processing?

Please help me out!!!

Previous rejection will not impact your current visa application. However, they may look into your case a little closely. So carry all the required documents.

L1B eligible criteria

Hi,
I have joined in X company on 29thSep2009. I travelled US on 19th July2010 to 10th Oct 2010.

I heard that for L1B we need to have continuous
1 year service with X company at offshore for L1.

If that is the case am i eligible for L1B or not?

If the above statement is correct do i need to serve again 12 months continuous as offshore to get the eligiblity for L1B or only 3 months i need to serve to get the eligibility for L1?


Please give some help on this.
