Query on L2 rejection

Hi,
My husband was in USA on L1. I have applied for l2 and got rejected due to my husband'd visa expire date was left for only 15 days i have filled the application to stay in USA for one month.

But as per I-94 he can stay one more year in USA.This info i could not know at the time of interview so i didnt tell this info to the interviewer.
my visa got rejected.They mentioned in rejection as "copy of Husband's I129 calid pition"
This was happend in May 2010 firts week.


Now my queres are

Can i apply for L1 from my comapany now or Is there any rules that is should not apply for visa after rejection with in some period of time.

Will it be any problem for me to get l1 Visa stamping.

>>> There is no such time period. You can apply for L1.

>>> It depends on whether yo carry all the required documents and how your visa interview goes. L2 rejection will not have any impact on L1 visa interview.
